Learn to differentiate between lawmakers, based on the lawmakers committee assignments, seniority in Congress, etc. as well as effectively advocate to Congressional offices and lawmaker’s staff.


Learner Outcomes

Upon completion of this course, the learner will be able to:

  1. Understand the roles of staff within a Congressional office in order to effectively advocate for CRNA issues.
  2. Understand the various influence a lawmaker may have on issues affecting CRNAs, based on the lawmakers’ roles and status in Congress.

Verification of Participation

The participant will have only 2 opportunities to successfully complete the course post-test, which is comprised of 7 random questions pulled from the test pool of questions. The passing score of at least 80% is required for the exam in this course. If the participant fails the post test, he or she will not receive CE credits for this course.
